Il corso di laurea Food Industry Engineering incontra le aziende

Il Dipartimento di Tecnica e Gestione dei Sistemi Industriali (DTG) dell’Università degli Studi di Padova, in collaborazione con la Fondazione Studi Universitari di Vicenza (FSU), organizza venerdì 28 novembre 2025 dalle ore 14.00, nel complesso universitario di Viale Margherita a Vicenza, un incontro tra le Aziende ed il Corso di Laurea Magistrale in Food Industry Engineering: “Il corso di Laurea Food Industry Engineering incontra le aziende”.

Il settore della Food Industry include: meccanica e macchinari per il settore alimentare (domestico, professionale e industriale), produzione di alimenti e bevande, distribuzione, servizi. L’Italia è il principale esportatore mondiale di macchinari per l’industria alimentare, davanti a Germania e Cina, nonché un leader nel settore Food & Beverage. In Italia, infatti, è la catena del valore più importante in termini di PIL.

L’obiettivo dell’incontro “Il corso di Laurea Food Industry Engineering incontra le aziende” quindi è discutere i trend del settore, le competenze professionali richieste. Coinvolgere, inoltre, gli studenti e le studentesse prossimi al completamento del corso di laurea magistrale in Food Industry Engineering. Come? Esplorando le sfide future e includendoli in progetti applicativi all’interno delle aziende partecipanti. In particolare, studenti e studentesse, docenti e aziende si confronteranno attraverso tavoli tematici e brevi incontri sull’aderenza del profilo dei laureati alle esigenze aziendali in un’ottica di co-progettazione e aggiornamento continuo dei contenuti del corso.

THE MASTER’S DEGREE IN FOOD INDUSTRY ENGINEERING PROGRAM MEETS COMPANIES

The Department of Management and Engineering (DTG) of the University of Padua and the Fondazione Studi Universitari di Vicenza (FSU) are hosting a networking event connecting companies with students of the Master’s Degree Program in Food Industry Engineering on Friday, November 28, 2025, from 2:00 PM, at the university complex in Viale Margherita, Vicenza. It includes: mechanical engineering and machinery for the food sector (domestic, professional, and industrial), food and beverage production, distribution, and related services. Italy is the world’s leading exporter of machinery for the food industry — ahead of Germany and China — and a major global player in the Food & Beverage sector. In Italy, the extended Food Industry represents the most significant value chain in terms of GDP.

The goal of the meeting is to discuss and exchange industry trends, key skills, and future challenges in the food sector, featuring thematic roundtables and short one-to-one meetings with company representatives.

In particular, students, faculty members, and companies will interact through thematic roundtables and short meetings, focusing on how the graduates’ skill sets align with business needs, in a perspective of co-design and continuous updating of the program’s content.
